I RECOMMEND it; it's the best in posture correctors, it doesn't cause armpit pain from rubbing, and the belt helps prevent the back from arching.
Size M, 162/43 fits perfectly. Good for preventing sloping shoulders and a hunched back. It holds about 60% of weight without any effort. Be careful when eating as it can cause discomfort due to the chest strap. For people with large chests, be aware that the chest strap may pinch between the chest.

Very good product, works great and is delivered quickly!!! Do not wear it with a tank top or without anything on, the straps that hold on the shoulders can rub a bit. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, great product. Only downside is the smell of the package upon receipt (plastic ++).
