The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. I do not recommend it, but the second one I bought works without any issues; the first one was faulty, probably I got a defective one, but I still highly recommend it.
Cool massager. Very strong grip. The handles heat up slightly, but you don't feel it during the massage. As someone who doesn't like massages, I quite enjoyed it.
The packaging arrived completely damaged, no instructions included, the charging cable is 30 cm long, I wonder if it's new. As for the heated handle, it lights up red but doesn't heat up, average product.
It's great, the only downside is that the belt slips, so we have to hold it with our hands, but the massage is amazing 🥰🥰🥰

It relieves a lot, the only thing is that it's not suitable for very wide necks; if you have a wider neck, it could cause damage.
